Please give at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule. I understand things happen and we have to cancel last minute.
Salon members are given one grace appointment a year. If you have to cancel before 24 hours, you will get charged 1/2 of your services.
If you no show you will get charged 100% of the service and will have to prepay in advance for your future appointments.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will have to reschedule. I only book one person at a time and we have to respect the time of others. If you’re late it makes everyone else run behind.
Please understand that as a small business, in the service industry, we do not get paid if we do not work. We appreciate your time and generosity
because it helps support our families.
